The Regenerative Fitness Challenge is a series of five, 7-day challenges designed to support your shift to a regenerative mindset, behaviors, and practices while building your capacity (fitness) to maintain health in your role at work. In these 7-day challenges, you will engage in a practice alongside change-makers, CEOs, entrepreneurs, artists, students, and creatives worldwide to build your foundation; develop your ability to adapt and evolve; grow your capacity to persevere; cultivate your community of support; and ultimately realize your unique genius.
What is Regenerative Fitness? Health is at the center of everything living. If we want to experience an improved quality of life, it is highly dependent upon healthy mindsets, behaviors, and practices. Fitness is an expression of healthy capacity. When someone is “fit”, it means they have built the capacity to maintain a foundation of health. When we think of regenerative fitness, we recognize a level of core capacity needed to regenerate the health of any living system, especially social systems. Regenerative fitness embraces the principles of regeneration (Holism, Evolution, Interdependence, Developmental, Nodal & Uniqueness) as the foundation for shifting to an alternative worldview that represents more potential for people, teams, communities, and the environments we are a part of.
