The Regenerative Leadership Program will give you everything you need to design, manage, and monitor your organization With Life. Our unique team of living systems scientists, entrepreneurs, social enterprise lawyers, and organizational design specialists will ground you in the theoretical understanding of organizations as living systems and provide you with the practical tools needed to apply this understanding to the day-to-day operations of your organization.

Each week of this 6-week program will include a Theory Session to introduce you to new theories, frameworks, and mindsets as well as an Application Session showcasing real world case studies from our community using the With Life Approach in their organizations and interactive exercises to apply your learnings to leadership needs in your organization today. At the conclusion of the program, you will have the theoretical underpinnings and the practical tools needed to lead your organization as a dynamic, evolving, living system and create new resilience and emergent potential.

The Regenerative Leadership Program will give you everything you need to design, manage, and monitor your organization as a dynamic, evolving, living system that fosters new resilience and emergent potential.
- Format: Live online Zoom sessions, facilitated with an interactive, experiential approach that enables you to collaborate with and learn alongside the peers in your cohort. All sessions are recorded.

Interactive Lectures
Each Tuesday is designed as an interactive lecture format where you will learn new tools, operational frameworks, theories, and mindsets.
Application Sessions
Each Thursday is a practical workshop showcasing real-world case studies from our community using the With Life Approach in their organizations and interactive exercises to apply your learnings to leadership needs in your organization today.
Community
You will gain access to the With Life Community, a global gathering place of leaders, entrepreneurs, and change makers bringing more life to their organizations and communities.

Program Facilitator
Jeff Su
Dr. Jeffrey Su has led a diverse and international career as an ecologist, CEO, entrepreneur, consultant and psychotherapist in the USA, Australia, Europe, and Africa. Throughout his career Jeff has applied living systems thinking and holistic approaches to help organizations address the most pressing environmental and social issues of our time. Jeff applies systems thinking to his own life experience and development through a dedicated Buddhist practice. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Science and a graduate degree in Holistic Psychology.
