About nRhythm & Regenerative Rising's Regenerative Design Lab: Women Leading Regeneration Cohort
Women Leading Regeneration Cohort participants will come together over a one (1) month Regenerative Design Lab Workshop to accelerate their individual and collective contributions to our regenerative future.
The Regenerative Design Lab is an opportunity to design your project, business venture or role as a regenerative leader using a regenerative, living systems approach.
With a variety of different engagement opportunities, we will support you on an intentional design journey using nRhythm's Regenerative Principles and Regenerative Framework.
The Opportunity
The Regenerative Design Lab is an opportunity to design your project, team, movement or organization using a regenerative, living systems approach. As guides, we will provide both time and resources to develop a meaningful, culturally relevant, context specific design. No prescriptions!
Your customized design will enable new potential and begin creating the conditions for you, your project or your team to thrive.
All of our power comes from the Earth. By feeding the Earth, we are feeding ourselves and that allows us to empower each other. We want you to come away from this journey together with that knowing. By the end of this workshop we seek to activate our shared ableness to CARE: Connect, Activate, Reflect and Embody!
How the Design Lab Works
Every session is structured to enable you as a designer to understand the “living” dynamics of complex systems (projects and organizations).
We will guide you through a design process that will honor the principles of living systems (Holism, Interdependence, Uniqueness, Evolutionary, Nodal and Developmental) while utilizing flexible frameworks (Context, Health, Structures, Work and Abundance) to guide your decision-making and ultimately a meaningful and relevant design.
In each session, you'll have space and time to design your project. During this time, you will begin applying the information gained in the workshop to your specific design project. With the support of nRhythm and peer to peer learning with your fellow participants, you will begin to create a design that enables your purpose, releases new potential while increasing the health of the system. nRhythm will be an active resource supporting questions, clarifications, and ideas during this process.
After the Regenerative Design Lab, you'll have the opportunity to schedule one-to-one mentoring sessions with members of nRhythm to support your regenerative design.

The Design Lab created the space to take both a macro and micro look into how I design my Regenerative Framework. Will sessions be recorded?
All of the sessions are recorded in case you need to miss one or in case you'd like to revisit the content. Recordings are posted to the online course platform within 24 hours.
What kind of materials will we receive?
You'll receive access to class recordings, weekly exercises, and nRhythm's Regenerative Framework Worksheets.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for students and others in need. We are also open to exchanges, specifically if anyone is willing to contribute to helping us to administer the course. Please contact us if you are interested in a discount or supporting us on the course implementation.
