Regenerative Leadership Courses in This Program
This program includes two leadership courses: Lead Thriving Teams and Lead Through Change. While courses can be taken in any order, we recommend completing Lead Thriving Teams first.

Program Schedule & Details
In this program, you’ll gain tools to lead with confidence, foster resilience, and create the conditions for your team and organization to thrive and adapt amid uncertainty. We combine self-paced lessons and live, instructor-led live online Zoom sessions to help you learn to use the Living Systems Framework for Organizations, equipping you to lead with care, empower effective decision-making, and nurture emergence, health, and resilience in your teams. For leaders tackling big challenges, this is your opportunity to align your leadership with life’s dynamic, regenerative patterns and achieve meaningful, lasting impact.
Tools: Zoom, Mural, and Mighty Networks. Tutorials will be made available upon enrollment.
Duration: October 1 – November 13, 2025 |To complete both courses in the program, you will complete a series of 12 live sessions over 7 weeks. There is a one-week break between courses.
Dates: Lead Thriving Teams is October 1-16, and Lead Through Change is October 29-November 13, 2025.
Live Session Times: We meet for 2-hour sessions twice-weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 1pm ET (GMT-4, New York).

What is the time commitment?
The time commitment for each course is 4-5 hours per week in the form of self-paced lessons done at your own pace, and two 1.5 hour live, instructor-led sessions.

Dr. Jeffrey Su has led a diverse and international career as an ecologist, CEO, entrepreneur, consultant and psychotherapist in the USA, Australia, Europe, and Africa. Throughout his career Jeff has applied living systems thinking and holistic approaches to help organizations address the most pressing environmental and social issues of our time. Jeff applies systems thinking to his own life experience and development through a dedicated Buddhist practice. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Science and a graduate degree in Holistic Psychology.
