There's a greater need than ever to consider new ways of working, in response to the constant risk of global disruption, ongoing shifts in supply chains, the economy, and in our own workforce, and a never-ending array of new and growing pressures. As change-makers, we have a tremendous and urgent opportunity to reimagine our approach to operational design and management —so that whatever may come, our team can be responsive, adaptive and resilient in our decision making.
In the Design Lab, you will learn and apply the With Life Approach, which holds the patterns of living systems at its foundation, and the Living Systems Framework for regenerative design - to your most important priorities so that you and your team can unleash new–and healthy–potential.

The Design Lab is a hands-on, highly interactive workshop and we encourage participants to choose a time that enables them to participate in as many live sessions as possible. See dates and schedule for 2025 below.
HERE'S HOW THE DESIGN LAB WORKS
Format: Online course materials to review and learn at your own pace each week, followed by live online Zoom sessions, facilitated with an interactive and immersive approach so you have the time and space to experience a level of transformation and insight that simply isn’t possible with a drive-thru, fast-food, quick-fix approach.
Tools: Zoom, Mural, LearnWorlds, and Mighty Networks. Tutorials will be made available upon enrollment.
Dates: 2025 dates include Wednesdays and Thursdays during February 5-20, May 7-22, and September 3-18.
Time: 1.5 hour sessions twice a week on Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 - 13:00 ET (GMT-4, New York) .
Duration: A series of 6 sessions (two per week) over 3 weeks.
In these 3 weeks, you will:

Apply a hands-on design methodology through the Living Systems Framework for Organizations that helps your team align with your purpose, release new potential, and accomplish your work in a new – and healthier – way

Meet Your Course Facilitators
Dr. Jeffrey Su
Director of Science and Strategic Partnerships
Dr. Jeffrey Su has led a diverse and international career as an ecologist, CEO, entrepreneur, consultant and psychotherapist in the USA, Australia, Europe, and Africa. Throughout his career Jeff has applied living systems thinking and holistic approaches to help organizations address the most pressing environmental and social issues of our time. Jeff applies systems thinking to his own life experience and development through a dedicated Buddhist practice. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Science and a graduate degree in Holistic Psychology.
Natalie F. Masters M.Ed
Director of Product Experience, nRhythm
Natalie Masters has worked at the intersection of technology and learning for 25+ years, creatively designing and managing research-backed learning products and programs across industries. As Director of Product Experience at nRhythm, Natalie is passionate about regenerating systems and energizing teams with thoughtful approaches to collaborative design thinking and dynamic, strategic approaches to continuous learning. Natalie finds joy and purpose in curiosity, connection, and activating potential with knowledge, tools, and frameworks for individual and organizational development.
Alex Groome Klement

Alex is a connector, facilitator, and operator dedicated to turning visionary ideas into reality. She has led high-impact initiatives globally, including managing events for a 73-country network leveraging the internet for social good, raising funds to plant 200,000 trees and enhance the climate resilience of 3,000+ farmers, overseeing a grants program for the creator of the World Wide Web, co-creating a platform uniting the global regenerative agriculture movement, and advancing customer development at a vertical farming startup. Will sessions be recorded?
All of the sessions are recorded in case you need to miss one or in case you'd like to revisit the content. Recordings are posted to the online course platform within 24 hours.
What kind of materials will we receive?
You'll receive access to class recordings, weekly exercises, and nRhythm's Regenerative Framework Worksheets.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for students and others in need. We are also open to exchanges, specifically if anyone is willing to contribute to helping us to administer the course. Please contact us if you are interested in a discount or supporting us on the course implementation.
Can my workplace pay for this course?

How can I use the resources shared in this workshop?

Is there any prework for this workshop?
Pre-Work: Before the first session of the workshop, please select a specific project or priority to design in the workshop.
Then upon enrollment, you will be invited to join the With Life Community and complete the Discover the With Life Approach mini-course. Access and more information will be provided upon registration.
