The Opportunity
About nRhythm & Evoking Belonging Race & Equity Program
Regenerative Race and Equity is for organizations in all sectors committed to transformation. It is a deep level inquiry created within a principle-based design process. We know that a one-size fits all approach that focuses on best-practices or performative behaviors can, at best, only work at a surface level. Through consultation, we will create a bespoke approach aligned to your unique context of challenges and opportunities.
Our approach illuminates the collective attitudes, beliefs, and values concerning race and equity. We then provide a living regenerative framework to operationalize your race and equity commitments across your organization.
The program guides your team through a journey which makes the invisible attitudes, beliefs, and values shaping mindsets, feelings, and behaviors concerning race, equity and regeneration, visible.
This program is a joint offering within the nRhythm Ekoving Belonging partnership that integrates Dr. Dianne’s Regisford’s Evoking Belonging approach rooted in the Southern African Bantu philosophy of Ubuntu, “Without you, I do not exist" and nRhythm’s regenerative design practices rooted in the patterns of living systems.
Deep regenerative practice invites a commitment to go beyond superficial change toward systemic transformation.
We call organizations, companies, institutions and civil society to pick up the gauntlet with bold courage and go deep into creating a living practice from the workplace. One which upholds, stewards, nurtures and engenders equity, diversity, inclusion and justice. This means working into the unknown and being prepared to do whatever it takes to engage, address and redress the harm of over 400 years of oppression.
This program will support you and your team to apply and trust an equitable, collaborative, living systems and regenerative approach to how you design, manage and monitor your organization. Throughout the program, you will:
DESIGN
Use an equitable inquiry-based approach to ‘make the invisible- visible’ through courageous conversations.
Develop a set of regenerative race and equity commitments unique to your organization.
Co-design policies, practices, and structures to operationalize your race and equity commitments.
MANAGE
Receive coaching, mentoring and regenerative leadership capacity building needed to bring your equity commitments fully to life towards a living practice in your organization.
Create the conditions for a cultural shift which nurtures a living practice within the team.
MONITOR
Increase, monitor and document transparency and accountability regarding race and equity commitments.

Our Partnership
In commitment to deepening and engaging with Race and Equity in the nRhythm landscape of offerings, nRhythm announces a partnership with Dr. Dianne Regisford of Evoking Belonging. This partnership emerges from Dianne’s work as nRhythm’s Managing Director of Race and Equity. For the past six months, Dianne has led our team through deep enquiry into the integration of race and equity work in the regenerative movement. The enquiry also explored the potential that can be unleashed through the inter-weaving of the nRhythm and Evoking Belonging frameworks. The Regenerative Race & Equity program is the first offering to emerge through this partnership.
