A Practical Organizational Program Rooted in Living Systems
Excited about your potential for growth but worried about compromising your founding purpose and culture?
The With Life Cultivator is a 6-month program for late-stage start-ups and established organizations entering a period of significant growth. We will work together through 60+ hours of capacity building courses and workshops, 1:1 mentorship from experienced operators, access to proven operational frameworks and tools, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
Built upon the With Life Approach, an approach to organizing that holds the patterns of living systems at its foundation, our goal is to help you cultivate the conditions for long-term health and resilience within your organization.
This program offered the space to zoom out and critically examine LESS's period of rapid growth and community food work through a living systems framework. By doing this with folk from across our network and then within LESS, and by bringing learnings and critical questions back to the LESS team, this programme has helped us gain group-wide clarity around our purpose and key values, and this in turn has allowed us to see where our processes and organisational assumptions could be better aligned with our deep purpose and a healthier work culture. This has all been supported through conversations with other programme participants and during peer-group discussions. It's been a real privilege participating and I would recommend this process to every organisation that has the ability to participate.
Anna Clayton
LESS Director and FoodFutures Coordinator
We applied to this program because our small business was growing. We wanted a way to feel we were doing our best to be regenerative in nature with an all aspects of our business as we grew. The process has been altering not just in our business, but also in our life. You will grow, emerge, and most likely change how you think of doing business in the best and most fundamental way possible. I couldn’t recommend this program more. It has changed and will continue to change how we move forward with our business.

I chose to join this program because I wanted our leaders and team to experience this and work together in these mindset shifts. I feel like this program really adds so much value. If you're questioning joining, definitely join!

Our leadership team at Zero Dropouts is just finishing up the inaugural year-long Cultivator experience. We were looking for something to revitalize and bring our leadership team together and point the way to the future during a challenging transition period in our organization. nRhythm more than did this with access to their quality team members, an organizational health assessment, courses on design and leadership, access to courses on regenerative economics and finance, and teaming with 10-15 other organizations in the program looking for opportunities for transformation. I highly recommend this experience to bring your team to a different level, and help you cultivate the conditions to bring about health and emergent outcomes for you and your organization.
