The application review process takes into account a range of criteria to ensure we achieve diversity in this cohort’s composition as well as our broader Fellowship community. Yes! We highly encourage this as it is a deep intention for us to create a community of advocates for the regenerative movement, but we do have costs to maintain these programs. If you would like to weave your team members into your yearlong journey as an nRhythm Fellow, you can invite team members to join a specific Regenerative Leadership Program or Regenerative Design Lab that you are participating in throughout 2022. As a Fellow, you have the opportunity to provide your team members a 50% off discount on these programs.
You will be notified by January 10th, 2022 if you have been accepted to the 2022 Fellowship program. Upon acceptance, we are asking that all fellows enroll on or before January 13th, 2022 so that we have time to offer your seat to another candidate if you chose not to commit to the program.
We highly encourage organizational, family and individual sponsorship of an nRhythm Fellow. If you or your company is intending to sponsor a Fellow, please coordinate that payment plan with them when they enroll. If you are applying for the Fellowship and seeking financial support but have yet to secure funding from your sponsor, you are also welcome to apply for a scholarship.
We are offering 5 scholarships for the 2022 Fellowship. If you are in need of a scholarship, nRhythm can sponsor you as a Fellow or alternatively, if it is an option, we encourage you to ask your company/organization to sponsor your Fellowship. To apply for a scholarship please make note of your request for a scholarship in your application.
This program is our intention to make all of nRhythm's support and services available to change-makers at a very low cost. This rate allows us to continue our work and also provide scholarships for those in need. Free or stipend-based fellowships are supported by large grant funding, large endowments, and philanthropy. We are not a non-profit so this cost structure is our way of creating mutually beneficial generosity.
The time commitment varies per Fellow. We require that all Fellows make a commitment to each other to join all monthly 60-90 minute Fellowship meetings. Additionally, inside your own Fellowship journey, if you are in a Leadership Program or Design Lab session, there would be a time commitment of 2-2.5 hour meetings twice a week for 1-3 months at a time. Outside of meetings, you have the opportunity to invest as much or as little time into this as you want. You customize your fellowship journey.
