Program Elements:
- 1:1 Mentorship from experienced mentors matched with you based on your unique context and needs.
- Design Studios where your team will work with your mentors and a small group of peers on key aspects of your organization or initiative.
- Capacity Building Through Online Courses and Workshops including nRhythm’s Regenerative Design Lab, Regenerative Leadership Program and Capital Institute’s Introduction to Regenerative Economics, and Finance for a Regenerative Economy.
- In-Person Intensive (Optional) with your mentors and peers to workshop key areas you are stuck or want to move forward in your organization or initiative.

We applied to the nRhythm Incubator program because our small business was growing. We wanted a way to feel we were doing our best to be regenerative in nature with an all aspects of our business as we grew. We felt like we had done a pretty good job creating a foundation from a regenerative aspect, but these courses and classes have taught us that, there is much more for us to implement at a deeper more exciting level.
We have appreciated the direction, the questions that have drawn upon our curiosity, and the conversations that are encouraged between my business partner and myself. The community is also such a lovely and wise space for hearing someone else’s perspective and gaining insights that we may not have even considered beforehand. All of the facilitators are so kind and warm and welcoming. They work well to draw out our innate wisdom and curiosity without just providing it all to us but giving us the deep framework for us to instill it.
The process has been altering not just in our business, but also in our life. I find myself being willing to be more curious when something new emerges, instead of letting it frustrate me the way it could in the past. If you have a chance to take any or all of the classes nRhythm provides, you will grow, emerge, and most likely change how you think of doing business in the best and most fundamental way possible. I couldn’t recommend them more and we are so grateful to be a part of their original Incubator. It has changed and will continue to change how we move forward with our business.

With Life is an approach that holds the patterns of life and living systems at its foundation. Unlike the extraction and separation perpetuated by mechanistic systems, With Life empowers us to reconnect, regenerate, and heal by designing, managing, and monitoring in alignment with the patterns of living systems.
With Life Programming provides opportunities for people and organizations to build capacity in the With Life approach. Our workshops, courses, and learning tools are helping all sectors globally to shift their mindsets and operations to align with the patterns of living systems.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is my application reviewed?
We are seeking to curate a diversity of organizations from both startups and established organizations. The application review process considers a range of criteria to ensure we achieve diversity in this cohort’s composition. The criteria include but are not limited to: geography, industry, equity/inclusion, commitment to regeneration, a support network of partners, and an applicants’ ability to commit and fully engage in the Incubator Program.
What is the application deadline?

How many team members can join the incubator?
Startups Track: 1-3 team members
Established Entities Track: 3-5 team members
We recommend the same core team participate in the entire program. Additional team members may join Online Courses and Workshops at an additional cost.
What is the time commitment?
The time commitment will vary throughout the program, but on average you can expect about 1-5 hours per week. When you are participating in Online Courses and Workshops such as the Leadership Program, Design Lab or Introduction to Regenerative Economics Course, there is a time commitment of 2-2.5-hour meetings twice a week for 1-3 months at a time.
Upon acceptance, what date do I need to enroll by?
The enrollment deadline is May 18, 2024.
Is there financial aid available?
We are offering a limited amount of financial aid to make this program accessible to organizations in need. If you need financial aid, please note your application in the "is there anything else you would like to add" question, and we will follow up with a separate process during the application review period.
If the Incubator feels overly cost prohibitive for your context, we invite you to consider other programming that we offer, such as the Regenerative Design Lab, Regenerative Leadership Program, nRhythm Fellowship, Introduction to Regenerative Economics, or Finance for a Regenerative Economy.
How do payments work?
The program is paid for in five installments:

Startups: First installment of $5,000 due May 18th, followed by four additional installments of $2,500 monthly.

Established Entities: First installment of $10,000 due May 18th, followed by four additional installments of $3,750 monthly.
Who is this program designed for?
This program is designed to support teams to operationalize their startup in a regenerative way or transition their organization to regenerative.
It is not designed for: individuals bringing regeneration to a project in order to create systems change (consider the nRhythm Fellowship); individuals who want to study regenerative systems (consider Capital Institute’s courses); individuals with an idea that’s still in development (consider Regenerative Design Lab); individuals looking to network (join nRhythm.Community).
